Celebration...

Last day of contract! Hurrah!

Also second day of truly appalling headache. Lying in bed, wakeful between paracodols, I realised how guilty I feel about this headache. It's down to stress and muscle tension and poor eating habits, and I've been neglecting all that stuff: no yoga, no exercise, not living in my body enough.

Ho for a week of lovely poverty, swimming and lying in the sun and eating fresh fruit and fish. Greek island optional. Greenwich Park'll do me.
