"finally, I'd just like to say that you have the worst customer service I've experienced in 20 years

Sent a 12-point letter to Barclays last week regarding the non-closure of my business account, and their enterprising attempt to stiff me for overdraft charges incurred as a result of keeping the account open and charging me for sending statements.

On Saturday, I received a statement indicating that the bank charges had been reversed. No letter, o no: just a statement.

Today, I am in receipt of a letter beginning, "Thank you for taking the time and trouble to share your disappointment about the service you have received from Barclays."

Lovely. I shall put it with the others.

American Edit has kept me warm on a very chilly evening. I do like remixes (oooh, sorry, must call 'em mash-ups these days) with a sense of humour.

Hmm ... someone must've mated mashed Goldfrapp and ZZ Top ...

Have you found The Kleptones yet?

"A Night At The Hip Opera" is rather decent, and there are some cracking tracks on "From Detroit to J.A.".

They're a Brighton-based mashup group, and everything they've done is on their web site, with bitorrent downloads...

Oh yeah, thanks for posting that earlier. I've been meaning to look up Dean Gray, and you reminded me at an opportune time :-)

There are two options, a 'premium' download and a free one, which makes you wait for 20 seconds before downloading. Use the 'Free' button towards the bottom of the page.
