Maybe one of you can help me. I'm trying to find out the user id and password that I use to log on to BT Broadband. I don't have the paperwork ... and BT's online help? Well, look under



['Rosemary' is of course the name of the person to whom broadband at this address is registered. She is in America, and hasn't a clue about all this technology ...]
