The sort of day I'm having

Had a Lush bath to relax / uplift me.
Dropped my PDA* in it.

Memo to self: Lush bathbombs fizz. Handspring Visors do not fizz.


*just the old Handspring that I use as an ebook reader on the beach / in the park / in the bath. But still: eBay here I come ...

The sort of day I'm having, still

It's been one of those days, made worse by low energy and lower enthusiasm. So it was a triumph of intention over inclination that got me to the gym for my Pilates class. It'll make me feel better, I told myself: exercise often does. And it'll get rid of the tension in my shoulders from slumping. And I missed last week. And it'll tone me up. And it's better than feral beasties sticking their claws in me, thank you Sam.

So the entire centre is closed til Thursday due to a major electrical fault.

I'll be on the sofa. Probably asleep. But I'm sure the walk did me good, because I am exhausted.
